We usually reply within 48 to 72 hours. The Pokequizz Team reads every message, but we are not a live customer service, so please be patient.

What to write us about

Bug or technical issue: describe what happened, on which quiz, your browser (Chrome/Firefox/Safari) and ideally a screenshot.
Quiz suggestion, feature idea: we are open to anything, the site evolves thanks to player feedback.
GDPR request (deletion, access, rectification): account deletion is automatic on the dedicated page. For other GDPR requests, email us.
Reporting abuse, cheating, inappropriate content: include the username or situation, we review quickly.
Partnership, press, interview: please specify your media or project in the subject line.
Legal inquiry (trademark, copyright, DMCA): email with subject "Legal".

What we do not do

No support for official Pokémon games (Game Freak, Nintendo, The Pokémon Company). Pokequizz is an independent fan site.
No premium accounts, no payment, no giveaways for sign-up. If someone asks for this in our name, it is a scam, report it to us.
No password recovery (sign-in is via Google, Discord or Twitch, so we never store passwords).
