These terms govern the use of Pokequizz (pokequizz.com), an unofficial Pokémon quiz fan site, edited by The Pokequizz Team and operated personally and non-commercially. By using the site, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.
Pokequizz offers free Pokémon quizzes, playable with or without an account: classic quizzes, a timed Sprint mode, a daily challenge and multiplayer games. Creating an account lets you save your progress, appear on leaderboards and unlock avatars.
Sign-in is exclusively via an OAuth provider (Google, Discord or Twitch). You are responsible for the access to your account with these providers. One account per person: multiple accounts created to manipulate leaderboards may be removed.
How your data is processed is described in the privacy policy. You can delete your account at any time from the deletion page.
Leaderboards only matter if everyone plays fair. The following are prohibited:
In case of violation, we may invalidate scores, remove unlocks or delete the account involved, without notice.
Usernames shown on leaderboards are public. Offensive, hateful, misleading (impersonation) or unlawful usernames may be renamed or banned. Report any abuse to [email protected].
Pokémon and all related trademarks, names, sprites and content are property of Nintendo, Creatures Inc., GAME FREAK inc. and The Pokémon Company. Pokequizz is an unofficial fan site, not affiliated with or endorsed by these companies. Pokémon elements are used for fan information and entertainment purposes.
The code, original texts, guides and structure of the site belong to The Pokequizz Team. You may freely share links to the site; reproducing original content for commercial purposes is prohibited without written consent.
The site is provided free of charge, as is, with no guarantee of availability or absence of errors. Quizzes, scoring rules, leaderboards and features may change, be suspended or removed at any time, including associated scores and unlocks.
To the extent permitted by law, The Pokequizz Team cannot be held liable for indirect damages related to the use of the site (loss of game data, downtime, errors in content). Quiz data is provided for informational purposes and may contain inaccuracies.
You can stop using the site and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or delete an account that violates these terms.
These terms may be updated. The date at the top of the page shows the last revision. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the competent courts, after seeking an amicable solution via [email protected].
